***The NEXT ASC will be on SEPTEMBER 08, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Serenity by the Sea, 3561 NW 9th Ave, Oakland Park, FL 33309.
***The NEXT RSC (Region) meeting will be AUGUST 16-18 (next weekend) at the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa, 17260 Harbor Pointe Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33908.
***The NEXT GCCNA (Area Convention) meeting, for the month of September ONLY, will meet at the Bonaventure, 250 Racquet Club Road, Weston, FL 33326 (host hotel) to discuss logistical changes for the upcoming GCCNA XXX.

- ASC (Area) has one (1) New Ad Hoc Committee for AREA HISTORY & RESEARCH.
OPEN NOMINATIONS for Trusted Servant Positions
- ASC (Area) has three (1) Trusted Servant positions OPEN FOR NOMINATION.
- RSC (Region) has one (1) Trusted Servant position still OPEN FOR NOMINATION... the next RSC is this weekend.
ELECTIONS for Trusted Servant Positions
- ASC has two (2) Trusted Servant positions FOR GROUPS TO VOTE.
- GCCNA has one (1) (ASC-Elected) Trusted Servant position FOR GROUPS TO VOTE.
MOTIONS
- There is one (1) motion FOR GROUPS TO VOTE on for the AREA.
LITERATURE ORDERS
- PLEASE REMEMBER to email (literature-distribution [at] goldcoastna.org) or text your orders to Literature Distribution by the Friday before area.
- PLEASE PRE-ORDER & ALL ORDERS should be picked up by 1:00 PM (prior to the start of ASC)
