The next ASC will be on Sunday, May 17, 2020 and will be hosted on Zoom. For the privacy and security of all attendees, ALL participants WILL be required to register and WILL be required to authenticate prior to entering the meeting room.

TO AUTHENTICATE, you will need to log into YOUR Zoom Account. Sign up for the free account if you don’t have an account already. (Download the Zoom Client or App by visiting https://zoom.us/download) The latest version was released April 27 with security enhancements and will be required for all users by May 30.
CONCERNS ABOUT IP TRACKING, PRIVACY, ETC? My suggestion is to download a free VPN. (As of this moment , I am using an IP address and connection out of Sweden.) If you have other concerns, hit me up individually and we can discuss it.
WAIT… What about roll call and voting? I’m so glad you asked! We will be using the polling feature in Zoom. Please include your name and homegroup or position when you register, this will help the secretaries IMMENSELY! We will do a test so everyone has a chance to practice. Not complicated.
